It is located at Emerald Island Resort which is in the Formosa Gardens area of Kissimmee, Florida (just outside of Disney-Orlando, FL). Formosa Gardens is the closest residential area to Disney so trips to and from the Disney parks is simple and very quick. We are a genuine 5 minutes from the entrance to Disney World (the Magic Kingdom fireworks can be seen from the upstairs front bedrooms of the house). The house was brand new as of April, 2004.

Travel about one mile from the house and you'll find a large Shopping Center on US 192 with a supermarket, a walk-in medical clinic, drug stores and many restaurant franchises. We feel it's the absolute best location outside of Disney.

We, as owners of this home, are experienced Disney area renters. We've used our experience to help make this home as well-equipped as possible. You'll feel comfortable from the moment you enter the home. From the large family room with big-screen TV to the 3 King sized beds, central air conditioning and the ceiling fans and TV's in all bedrooms.
